RIPPED OFF MY DAD AND YELLED AT MY HUSBAND WHEN ASKED TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! Shortening the story Dad bought tires. They kept losing air. Husband borrowed car and decided to get it corrected. Guy refuses and yells at my husband! Dad then goes back with it by himself, worker charged him to fix THEIR mistake! 2 days later tire goes flat again. I thought I ran something over. WE GO TO A DIFFERENT HONEST AND GOOD MECHANIC. Who shows my husband that the tire was not properly sealed (beaded). THIS BUSINESS RIPS PEOPLE OFF, WHILE SMILING IN YOUR FACE. THAT'S IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A WORKER THAT DOESNT CUSS YOU OUT FOR ASKING QUESTIONS!

Acted stupid like he didn't understand what tire size means. He automatically said he didn't have them and didn't even look. Asked us to repeat tire size three times 255/60r 19s isn't hard and is extremely common. He had no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to look.

Rim City was out of surprise when I was searching for a 265-35-18 continental tire for my E350 very anxiously. I called almost 20 tire shops in town and none had it in their stock. Soonest availability of that particular tire was afternoon of the same day which I couldn’t afford to wait another day while I had a long trip of 700 miles in front of me. Mo, the technician is the best in action- in less than 10 mins put the new tire and put me back on the road. Thank you guys— they made my day!!!
